Delivery Within Australia
We offer free delivery for orders equal to or over $100 (after apply any discount or vouchers) within Australia. We will endeavor to process and dispatch your orders within 48 hours of receiving it (if received on a business day). If your order is received on a weekend or public holiday, it will be processed within 48 hours from the first business day following the day of placing your order. You will receive an email confirmation from us once your order is shipped.
Orders under $100 delivered within Australia will attract a flat $7.95 postage fee.
We use Australia Post Parcel Service to deliver our orders. The delivery time is approximately 2-3 days from the date of shipping. Please click on the link to the Australia Post: http://auspost.com.au/parcels-mail/delivery-areas.html, to check if your location is within the Network.

To Track Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. You can track your order by clicking on the link to the Australia Post website: http://auspost.com.au/track/.Please allow for a few hours after receiving your tracking number for Australia Post to process your order and show the status of your package on their website.
Damage and Loss in Transit
On rare occasions, some orders may get lost or damaged in transit. If you do not receive your order within 7 business days after receiving your shipping confirmation email, please email us immediately and we can follow it up with Australia Post.
Delivery outside of Australia
Unfortunately, at this stage, we do not deliver to addresses outside of Australia. We are looking to do so in the near future. Please send us an email (email@example.com) if you are located overseas and we will advise you as soon as we commence this service.
